Contractors & trades

A contractor website has one job: get the phone to ring.

Built for someone standing in a driveway on a cracked phone screen with one bar of service. Tap to call at the top, your service area stated plainly, and photos of work you actually did.

Built for

Trades where the next job comes from a phone call.

  • Plumbers, electricians, HVAC and roofers
  • Remodelers, painters, flooring and concrete
  • Fence, gate, landscaping and tree work
  • Handyman and repair services
  • Cleaning, pressure washing and junk removal
  • Anyone quoting jobs out of a truck

Most contractor websites are built like brochures. Somebody who needs a plumber at seven in the morning doesn’t want a brochure — they want to know that you cover their area, that you do their kind of job, and how to call you, in about four seconds.

So the phone number is a tap-to-call button at the top of every page, not buried in a footer. Your service area is written out by name, because "Greater Houston" doesn’t tell somebody in Cypress whether you’ll drive out there. Your licence and insurance are stated if you have them. And your own job photos go on the site, because a real photo of real work beats any stock image of a smiling man in a hard hat.

It also loads fast on cell service, which matters more in this trade than almost any other. Your customer is outdoors, on data, often in a hurry. A site that takes six seconds to open has already lost them to whoever came up next in the results.

Questions

Trade-specific questions.

I don’t have good photos of my work. Does that matter?

It matters, and it’s worth fixing — your own photos outperform anything else on the page. You don’t need a camera. Phone photos taken in daylight, shot before and after, are more than good enough. If you genuinely have none yet, we launch without them and add them as you go.

Can people request a quote through the site?

Yes. The form asks what they need, where they are and how to reach them, and it lands in your inbox. Most trades find the phone still does the heavy lifting, which is why the call button comes first — but the form catches the people who are looking at nine at night and won’t ring you.

I work across several counties. How do I show that?

By listing the areas by name, on the page and in the structured data behind it. That’s what tells both a customer and Google that you actually cover Katy, Cypress, Pearland or wherever you actually drive. Vague coverage language costs you the exact people who were trying to check.
